Telephone Consultations
The Doctor on Duty will return calls from patients where an appointment is not required. If the Doctor's diagnosis requires the patient to be brought in for the Doctor to examine the Doctor will make this decision on the day.
We ask patients booking for this appointment to be available to take the Duty Doctor's call.
Referral System
The Practice aim to process patient's referral letters within 7 days of seeing the GP.
Most referrals are sent to the Enfield Referral Service where all referrals are looked at by medical professionals and forwarded to the appropriate Hospital or Medical Team for further care.
If for any reasons, patients require a password for Choose and Book Appointments that you have been sent, please direct your query to the Enfield Referral Service Team on 0203 688 2188.
At this stage of the referral process, the practice does not have the means of issuing the passwords.
